4th module classes to begin online!

Address by Dean Elena Rogova and Deputy Dean Elizaveta Shushunova regarding the start of classes of the 4th module in the remote format.

4th module classes to begin online!

Dear students and faculty of St. Petersburg School of Economics and Management, we would like to officially announce that the holidays are coming to an end and we resume classes on Monday, 6 April!

All the past week, we and our colleagues have been working really hard to arrange everything so that you all could easily access your online classrooms as early as 9 o’clock on Monday morning, 6 April, in accordance with the timetable.

However, to make the transition to a new mode of learning comfortable for everyone we would like to ask you to follow a few simple rules:

  1. Relate with understanding and patience to everything that will happen in the coming days and weeks. We all need some time to adjust. Most faculty members are not used to giving classes remotely and some of them are going to use online platforms for the first time.
  2. If there is any technical problem in class, please try to help the teacher, give some advice and support. It is you, after all, who possess the unique knowledge about how online platforms, social networks and other new technologies work.
  3. Do not hesitate to contact the Dean’s Office and your Programme Office if you are facing any technical problem you cannot resolve yourselves or a conflict situation. We and our colleagues keep working and are ready, as always, to help you in any difficult situation.

Helping each other and caring for colleagues and friends are exactly what we need right now. We all have found ourselves in extraordinary conditions, so we ask you to show patience and understanding and share kindness and support with each other so that we complete the 4th module successfully!
