Digitalization & International Service Management: Swiss - Russian Views and Perspectives by Academia and Business

Workshop — collaboration of the HSE and Swiss Technopark MOBAHAUS.
As digital technologies evolve and spread, they have a rapid and unexpected impact on organizations, people, and society. Managing the complexity of digitalization requires the ability to make informed and timely decisions on the spot. It is obvious that the classical recipes of management and organization do not always work in connection with the rapid processes of digitalization, and that we need to learn to think and act better about it. This ability is based on a deep understanding of the complex interactions between people, organizational processes, and digital technologies. These and many other aspects will be considered during this meeting.
